The Story Behind
Our Resort
Once upon a time, in the most beautiful southern region of Chile known as Araucania, two dear friends embarked on a life-changing journey to create an oasis of peace and beauty. They scoured the land, searching for the perfect spot, until finally, they came upon 111 acres of stunning natural wonder. And so, the Samadhi Eco Resort was born.
With love and a deep reverence for the earth, the friends built their first two eco-cabins, tending to their organic gardens and living out their dream. As the seasons passed, the land around them came to life, and the friends knew that they had found their home.
They named this sacred haven “Mother Samadhi” and through her boundless serenity, they became her children. Samadhi is a state of euphoric harmony, where the soul unites with the divine. As they devotedly tended to the Earth, she bestowed upon them a treasure beyond measure, the gift of total peace and fulfillment. They realized that everyone deserved the blessings of Mother Samadhi and a chance to find their bliss.
Soon after, the resort expanded, adding three self-catering recycled shipping container cabins tucked away in the forest, six concrete tube rooms set into the hillside, a freestanding treehouse and two organic greenhouses that provide fresh herbs and vegetables for our guests. The communal area brought it all together, and Samadhi was ready to open its doors to the world, inviting guests all over the globe to come and experience the grandeur of nature and the serenity of the mind.
