Samadhi Restaurant

At Samadhi Restaurant, cultivating with an agroecological foundation is more than just a technique; it's a commitment to a sustainable lifestyle.

Our garden, inspired by Trafkintu, has flourished with the planting of fruit trees and native species that serve as biological corridors, produce fresh fruits, and provide beautiful flowers to enhance our surroundings. We utilize raised beds, implement a crop rotation system, and embrace associative practices, all in line with permaculture principles. This dedication allows us to offer consistently fresh, high-quality products.

Our Menu

Local Cuisine, Homegrown Produce, and a Magical Landscape

Our culinary offerings are distinguished by the use of local ingredients, sourced from community and regional producers, as well as from our own agroecological garden.

We blend traditional cooking techniques with carefully selected ingredients to create gourmet dishes that celebrate the essence of the Andean Araucanía. In doing so, we not only provide a unique dining experience but also support and promote the local economy.
